Our approach

The Fibryx algorithm optimizes cutting patterns and patches for natural fibers; combined with semi-automated impregnation, this enables fast, precise placement.

Why natural-fibre composite works here

The bottleneck here was not the material but the process: on complex large parts a substantial share of production time goes into cutting and precisely placing the reinforcement. That is exactly where the Fibryx algorithm applies, optimising cutting patterns and patches for natural fibre. Combined with semi-automated impregnation on a conveyor, this measurably shortens the manual share.
