Let's talk about your component.

Send us a drawing, an existing GFRP part or an idea — we'll get in touch and assess together whether natural fiber composite is suitable for your application.

Entry point: concept studyAssessing the potential for weight, cost & properties — often the first step into a series project.
How it works

From first contact to a reliable answer.

We assess concretely what natural-fibre composite can add for your part — in weight, part costs and properties.

01

You send us the part

Drawing, CAD file, photo or an existing part. Even a rough description is enough to start.

02

We assess feasibility

Geometry, load case, surface requirement and volume — from that it follows whether a switch works technically.

03

You get a clear answer

An assessment of weight, part costs and feasibility.

04

Concept study or a no

If it fits, the concept study follows with design and cost estimate. If it does not, we say so — and why.

What helps

What to send along.

The more of this is available, the more reliable our first assessment. Anything missing is not an obstacle — we will ask.

What you get back

A first assessment you can rely on.

01

Feasibility

Whether the part can sensibly be realised in natural-fibre composite — and where it becomes critical.

02

Weight potential

An estimate of how much weight is realistic compared with the current version.

03

Part costs

The calculation across tooling, cycle time, trimming, surface, rework and assembly — not just the material price.

04

Next step

A concrete proposal: concept study, sample part or a reasoned no.

Frequently asked

Before you write

Do I need a finished design?
No. For a first assessment a drawing, a photo or an existing part is enough. The more precise the information, the more reliable the answer — but we also start from a sketch.
What does the concept study cost?
That depends on scope: a single cladding part is different from an assembly with several components. We state the effort before we start.
How do you handle confidential documents?
We treat drawings and part data confidentially. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement beforehand — just let us know.
What if natural fibre does not suit my part?
Then we say so. For highly loaded structural parts carbon remains the right choice, at very high volumes often RTM in glass fibre. We prefer an honest no to a project that does not carry itself.
Do you work with small volumes?
Yes. Our manufacturing route is designed for small and medium series. We also realise prototypes and demonstrators.
Do you supply outside Germany?
Yes. We work with customers in the German-speaking region and neighbouring European markets.
