Fibryx combines material technology with its own manufacturing process — for competitive, sustainable lightweight components from regional value creation.

Fibryx set out as a spin-off of the University of Stuttgart to take natural fiber composite from a lab topic to industrial reality — with its own material technology and its own patented manufacturing process.
What drives us: a competitive and independent industry in Europe — based on innovation from Stuttgart and raw materials from regional value creation.
We make natural fiber composite series-ready — with defined processes instead of manual handwork.
Material, process and manufacturing under one roof — fewer interfaces, more ownership of the result.
Renewable raw materials from regional value creation — for a competitive, independent industry in Europe.
A University of Stuttgart spin-off with a patented process — innovation backed by numbers.
Send us a drawing, an existing GFRP part or an idea — we'll get in touch and assess the potential for natural fiber composite together.
Request a part →Fibryx could have started as a material supplier — selling natural-fibre semi-finished products to tier-1 suppliers. We decided against it for a simple reason: the benefit of our technology only arises in the finished part. A supplier processing our material gains less from it than the vehicle manufacturer at the end of the chain.
As a component manufacturer we can design material, layer build-up and manufacturing process together for the specific part — and that is what decides weight and part costs. On top of that comes direct contact with the people who actually decide on a component.
