Fibryx develops and manufactures NFRP components — from commercial vehicles and caravans to machinery, rail and special applications.

What they share: parts have to become lighter, more economical, more functional and more future-proof.

Cladding, flaps & roof modules — lighter and ready to fit.

Pop-up roofs, roof shells & visible parts with a natural-fiber finish.

Front/rear masks, roof elements & cladding.

Front skirts, hoods & cladding — robust and light.

Hoods, covers & cladding for tough use.

Cladding, bodies & covers for special vehicles.

Interior & cladding components for rail.

Design & visible parts with a natural-fiber finish.
Natural fiber composite (NFRP) and the patented NFK Wetpreg Molding — a differentiation no classic GFRP manufacturer offers.
From concept through design, tooling and prototype to ready-to-fit series — fewer interfaces, less rework.
Lighter, more economical, more sustainable: up to −30% weight, −15% cost, −90% CO₂ — depending on the application.
Renewable raw materials from a regional supply chain — more independent and future-proof than classic fiber solutions.

Send us a drawing, an existing GFRP part or an idea — we'll get in touch and assess the potential for natural fiber composite together.
Request a part →The sectors differ in many respects — but they share one property: their plastic parts are large-area and stiffness-driven, not strength-driven. An engine hood, a roof shell, a side cladding has to deliver surface, hold shape and withstand environmental influences. It does not work at its strength limit.
That is exactly where natural fibre plays out its lower density: part weight comes from surface area, and every layer that builds lighter tells across the whole part. Where maximum stiffness at minimum weight is required, carbon remains the right choice — and we say so.
